Once added, they can sign in and see published schedules and <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-co-settings-emp-perm\/\">whatever else you let them see.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once added, if their email has been entered then the employee can go to our sign in page and click the &#8220;Need username\/password&#8221; link to have their login information sent to them.<\/p>\n<p>Or any manager can <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/v_sub_mgrhowto_emp\/v_sendsignin\/\">send out sign in instructions to all employees who have never signed in<\/a> or they can <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-send-emp-inst\/\">send instructions only to certain employees<\/a>..<\/p>\n<p>Employees cannot add themselves to your account without being added by a manager.<\/p>\n<p>If an employee goes to our site and mistakenly gets a &#8220;free trial&#8221; to try to sign up they will need to let us know and we can cancel that and help them retrieve their own employee login information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">how can employees sigh up sign up new employee\u00a0 how can staff see assigned shifts<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employees must be added into your account by a manager.
