In WhenToWork a “shift” is a period of time one employee works – so if you have three employees working your day shift then that would be three “shifts” in our system.<\/p>\n

You can import a template<\/a> of shifts as assigned or unassigned (and use AutoFill<\/a>) or you can manually add shifts.<\/p>\n

When you use the Add Shifts<\/a> button you can check off a number of employees and create multiple shifts for the same position, time and day.<\/p>\n
