WhenToWork is strictly for scheduling employees to shifts but you can view\/adjust your account to reflect your pay period in the following ways:<\/p>\n

The main manager can\u00a0 update the Weekly Schedule Start Day<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On our Reports page, you can run reports for custom date ranges, such as your pay period.<\/p>\n

The “By Employee – Summary” report shows total shifts and total hours per employee.<\/p>\n

The “By Employee – Detailed” report shows each employee’s scheduled shift totals and total hours broken down by each of the positions they have been assigned.<\/p>\n

The “By Employee – Daily Summary” will further break down those totals by day.<\/p>\n
