Note that you can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-delete-emp-restore\/\">restore a deleted employee<\/a>\u00a0at any time and all data is saved for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-deleted-view-emp\/\">deleted employees<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you have employees that you DO NOT want to be included when you AutoFill, but you DO want them to be able to pick up Unassigned Shifts on the Tradeboard, set them as follows on your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-tips-emplist-grid\/\">Employees List grid<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Set their &#8220;Maximum Hours Per Week&#8221; to zero (0)<br \/>\n&#8211; Set their &#8220;Maximum Shifts Per Day&#8221; to zero (0).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-autofill\/h-prevent-emp-autofill\/\">\u2192 More<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You could also put an &#8216;X&#8217; in front of their names so you do not choose them when manually assigning shifts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">exclude names printout\u00a0 hide employee<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We do not have a way to hide employees without deleting them.
