Only Published shifts will be visible on employee displays. <strong>We do not offer a way to allow employees to view unpublished shifts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If managers need to work on the schedule, they need only <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-unpublishing\/\">Unpublish<\/a> for large-scale work (Import, Autofill, etc.) so they should do those things quickly and then Publish again.<\/p>\n<p>Note that you can &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/partial-publish\/\">Partially Publish<\/a>&#8221; any week.\u00a0 This allows you to Publish only those Positions you are ready to Publish. If you only need to work on one Position, then you could Publish the others, leaving only the one Position Unpublished.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">Once a schedule is \u201cunpublished\u201d so the manager can work on it.\u00a0 Is there a \u201cread only\u201d version employees can see if they have forgotten what shifts they have signed up for<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Employees can only view published shifts.
