This view can be filtered by Position and Category to give specific statistics for particular Jobs or Locations and you can turn on and off the various statistics columns using the &#8220;<strong>Change Layout<\/strong>&#8221; link and<strong> also to <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/list-emp-not-scheduled-date-range\/\">show employees with no shifts<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This view allows you to quickly see if anyone is scheduled over their\u00a0<strong>set target hours per month<\/strong>. Those target hours can be set for any employee using the Target\u00a0Edit\u00a0button. This can be useful if you need to have certain part time employees only scheduled under a certain target number of hours per month.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthstats.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4786\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthstats.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"581\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthstats.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthstats-300x249.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This view also shows:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shift Summary with:\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Total shifts (assigned and unassigned) for the month\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Total hours assigned for the month\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Optional &#8211; total approximate cost for the month<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Employees Summary with:\u00a0\n<ul>\n<li>Each working employee&#8217;s total number of shifts and hours for that month<\/li>\n<li>Each employee&#8217;s scheduled hours over set Target Hours maximum per month<\/li>\n<li>Optional &#8211; Pay Rate and total cost for each employee (Pay Rate times hours scheduled)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Setting which information displays on the Monthly Statistics View:<\/h2>\n<p>On the Statistics Schedule View page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Change Layout<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0link in the upper left of the page\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssconfigmostats.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4788\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssconfigmostats.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"478\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssconfigmostats.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssconfigmostats-300x205.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check (uncheck) the box next to Show &#8220;Pay Rate&#8221; and Cost for the display and\/or the Printout\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Note that this option may not be available to all managers (the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-main-mgr\/\">main manager<\/a>\u00a0sets that permission)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Statistics can also be printed and exported for a specific date range (<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-printouts\/h-custom-reports\/\">Custom Reports<\/a>) using the\u00a0<strong>REPORTS<\/strong>\u00a0section.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cStatistics\u201d schedule view will display the \u2018Default payrate\u2019 next to each employee just for references, but the \u2018Approx Cost\u2019 column will properly use the individual position\u2019s payrates you have entered when it estimates the total cost of their assigned hours.<\/p>\n<h2>Show Employee Not Scheduled<\/h2>\n<p>Click &#8220;Change Layout&#8221; and uncheck the option to &#8220;Hide employees with no shifts&#8221; and then click Save.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/11\/sschangelayoutweekst.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5178\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/11\/sschangelayoutweekst.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/11\/sschangelayoutweekst.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/11\/sschangelayoutweekst-300x213.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">ones aren&#8217;t picking up zero hours\u00a0 data<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Statistics\u00a0Monthly Schedule view\u00a0shows at a glance various statistics about the monthly schedule and each employee.
