This view does not have the weekly scheduling function buttons. To access these functions please use a weekly schedule view. The Calendar Monthly view can be grouped by Position or <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-cat-sft-colors\/h-why-use-shift\/\">Category<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>To access the Calendar Monthly View:<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Calendar<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<strong>Monthly<\/strong>\u00a0View<\/li>\n<li>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-navigate\/\">navigate<\/a> between months, forward and back<\/li>\n<li>Click on any shift to open the\u00a0<strong>Shift Change<\/strong>\u00a0window<\/li>\n<li>All schedule views can be\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-filtering\/\">filtered<\/a> to only include one Position, Category, or Group (location).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthcalconfit.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4750\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthcalconfit.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"691\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthcalconfit.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmonthcalconfit-300x296.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Change Layout options<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Note that the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-main-mgr\/\">account main manager<\/a>\u00a0settings in this view&#8217;s &#8220;Change Layout&#8221; window will also set how &#8220;Everyone&#8217;s Schedule Monthly&#8221; is displayed for employees.<\/p>\n<p>You can use the first &#8220;Change Layout&#8221; option to group shifts by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-cat-sft-colors\/h-add-new-cat\/\">Category<\/a>\u00a0(instead of by Position).
