You can group the shifts &#8220;By Position&#8221; (default setting) or &#8220;By\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-cat-sft-colors\/h-add-new-cat\/\">Category<\/a>&#8221; which will just list shifts by time if you have no shifts with Categories.<\/p>\n<h2>To access the Calendar Weekly View:<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Calendar<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<strong>Weekly<\/strong>\u00a0View<\/li>\n<li>To make changes to shifts, click on any shift to open the<strong>\u00a0Shift Change<\/strong>\u00a0window<\/li>\n<li>All schedule views can be\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-filtering\/\">filtered<\/a>\u00a0to only include one <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-add-positions-2\/\">Position<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-add-new-cat\/\">Category<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-create-pos-groups\/\">location<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/sscqalweekchlay.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8374\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/sscqalweekchlay.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"511\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/sscqalweekchlay.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/03\/sscqalweekchlay-300x219.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Change Layout options<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Note that the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-main-mgr\/\">account main manager<\/a> settings in this view&#8217;s &#8220;Change Layout&#8221; window will also set how employees&#8217; &#8220;Everyone&#8217;s Schedule&#8221; is displayed.
