{"id":490,"date":"2018-05-02T21:05:57","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T21:05:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=490"},"modified":"2021-04-18T22:40:54","modified_gmt":"2021-04-18T22:40:54","slug":"undo-import","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/undo-import\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Undo&#8221; Import &#8211; Bulk Delete Shifts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you imported and later realize you made a mistake you can quickly delete the imported shifts.<\/p>\n<p>If your week was empty before\u00a0<strong>Import<\/strong>, you can use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-clearing-deleting\/\"><strong>Clear\/Delete<\/strong><\/a> feature to set it back to be empty.<\/p>\n<h2>OR To Delete only some Shifts from an Import<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu,\u00a0under\u00a0<strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong> choose\u00a0<strong>Grid View<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to the week that had the bad import\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Last Edited<\/strong>&#8221; column title twice to sort the shifts to most recently edited to the top &#8211; you will see the imported shifts all with the exact same last edited date.<\/li>\n<li>Check the box next to the first shift row for that date\/time and scroll down to the last row\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Hold down the\u00a0<strong>Shift<\/strong>\u00a0key and check the last row box to highlight all rows in between<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>DELETE<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0link below the list<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u00a0to agree to delete those shifts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/09\/ssdelimport.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4515\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/09\/ssdelimport.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/09\/ssdelimport.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/09\/ssdelimport-300x277.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">bad import incorrect cancel import delete import\u00a0 delete a import reverse undo\u00a0 delete an imported week delete imported template delete previous entry delete previose entry\u00a0 undo clear<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you imported and later realize you made a mistake you can quickly delete the imported shifts.
