{"id":488,"date":"2018-05-02T21:05:34","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T21:05:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=488"},"modified":"2021-08-16T17:25:34","modified_gmt":"2021-08-16T17:25:34","slug":"h-importing","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-importing\/","title":{"rendered":"Import Into Week or Day &#8211; Copy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Import Shifts into a Week or Day<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full or partial schedules can be imported into a Week or Day.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You can import a complete schedule or only certain Positions or Categories\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You can import any other week or day&#8217;s shifts by choosing that Week or Day from the list\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>You can also import previously Saved and Named Weekly or Daily Templates\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>To Import All Shifts<\/h2>\n<p>From any weekly Unpublished Schedule View:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be sure your Positions and Category filters are set to &#8220;All&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Import<\/strong>\u00a0to open the Import window.
