Each shift in our system can only be assigned to one employee. If you need more than one employee for any date, time, and job you will need to add multiple shifts and assign the employees, one to each shift.<\/p>\n
Normally each week you would Import your set of shifts and use AutoFill to assign them automatically but you can use the\u00a0Add Shifts<\/a>\u00a0button on any weekly schedule view, enter the shift information, and then\u00a0choose multiple employees in the grid<\/strong>\u00a0below and when you click save\u00a0this will create as many shifts as you chose employees<\/strong>\u00a0at that time.<\/p>\n To select multiple employees in the Add Shift window, you can hold down the CTRL key and click each name.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Each shift in our system can only be assigned to one employee.
