{"id":414,"date":"2018-05-02T20:45:12","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T20:45:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=414"},"modified":"2020-10-04T18:06:42","modified_gmt":"2020-10-04T18:06:42","slug":"max-hours-shifts-defaults","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/max-hours-shifts-defaults\/","title":{"rendered":"Max Hours \/ Shift Set Defaults?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We do not have a way to set up Maximum Hours \/ Shifts per Day \/ Week defaults.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When you add an employee, W2W defaults these AutoFill maximums to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40\u00a0 hours per week<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 7\u00a0 days per week<\/li>\n<li>14\u00a0 hours per day<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 1\u00a0 shift per day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can quickly update these on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-tips-emplist-grid\/\">Employee List<\/a>\u00a0grid by checking off employees and then click &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-bulkedit\/\"><strong>Bulk Edit<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; link.
