{"id":395,"date":"2018-05-02T20:40:49","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T20:40:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=395"},"modified":"2021-04-19T23:41:52","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T23:41:52","slug":"h-minimum-hours","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-minimum-hours\/","title":{"rendered":"Minimum Hours Per Week?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Can AutoFill Give Employees Minimum Hours Per Week?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>WhenToWork does not have a setting to specify an employee&#8217;s minimum number of hours per week.<\/p>\n<p>We do offer a way to set up and view how employees&#8217; hours line up with a set &#8220;target hours&#8221; for a two week or one month period on the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/biweekly-view\/\">Statistics 2 Week<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-stats-view-month\/\">Statistics Monthly<\/a> views.<\/p>\n<p>If you use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-autofill\/\">AutoFill<\/a>\u00a0and find that your employees are not getting the minimum shifts or hours you require, you can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-autofill\/h-autofill-priority-group\/\">AutoFill by Priority Group<\/a>\u00a0instead.
