This option is also used in the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-making-sched-change\/\">Shift Change<\/a>\u00a0window to show if assigning a shift will conflict and is included in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-sortable-list-view\/\">Analyze Schedule function<\/a>. This is a company-wide setting. You can always manually assign shifts with less time between shifts.<\/p>\n<h2>To set the Autofill &#8220;minimum time off between shifts&#8221; for all Employees:<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, choose\u00a0<strong>SETTINGS&gt; Co \/ My Info<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to\u00a0<strong>Minimum Time off Between Shifts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter the number of hours (whole numbers only)<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmintimeoffw.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4701\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmintimeoffw.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"307\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmintimeoffw.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/ssmintimeoffw-300x132.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The next time you use\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-auto-assign\/\">AutoFill<\/a>, it will only assign the same employee to shifts that are at least that number of hours apart.
