To see what your Employees Maximum Hours per day are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

- In the top menu, click\u00a0EMPLOYEES<\/strong> to go to the\u00a0Employees List<\/strong>\u00a0page\u00a0<\/li>\n
- Check the Max Hours per Day & Week column (if column is not visible, use the “Select Columns<\/strong>” link in the upper left to add it)\u00a0<\/li>\n
- To make a change, click the cell and type the correct number for each employee<\/li>\n
- Click the\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0button to save all changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\u00a0next to the employee name and make the changes in that employee’s Edit Employee window and click\u00a0Save & Next\u00a0<\/strong>button to go through the list.<\/p>\n3. Are your Shifts “Paid Hours” correct? \u00a0<\/h2>\n
If you added shifts and did not set the Paid Hours, then the shift’s paid hours will be\u00a0Auto-Calculated<\/a>, which may result in shift durations that do not include any unpaid break time. The shift duration should be the total paid hours for that shift.\u00a0<\/p>\n
To see what your shift duration (paid hours) are:<\/h3>\n

- Look at the “Paid Hrs<\/strong>” column which shows the hours worked for each shift<\/li>\n
- Make changes to the shift\u00a0duration\u00a0if needed\u00a0<\/li>\n
- Click the\u00a0Save Changes<\/strong>\u00a0button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
- Look at the “Paid Hrs<\/strong>” column which shows the hours worked for each shift<\/li>\n
