Track Who Has Seen The Schedule & Schedule Changes, Confirmed Receipt of Schedule<\/strong>
\nAfter a schedule is\u00a0Published<\/a>, two schedule views show you the status of each employee and whether they have seen or received it. These status icons can tell you at a glance who has seen or confirmed receipt of their most up-to-date schedule for that week.<\/p>\n

By using the “By Employee<\/strong>” or “Statistics<\/strong>” Schedule View on published weeks, you can see icons next to certain employees:<\/p>\n

\"icone<\/a>Employee viewed their final schedule<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>This schedule was emailed to employee<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Employee confirmed email receipt<\/p>\n

The \u2018viewed\u2019 glasses icon is set for any schedule week that the employee views on their \u2018My Schedule<\/strong>\u2019 display weekly view.\u00a0 It is reset to \u2018not viewed\u2019 whenever a change is made by a manager on that week and then changed to \u2018viewed\u2019 when the employee displays the latest version of that particular schedule week through their regular desktop display of their \u2018My Schedule\u2019.<\/p>\n
