Import a Previous Week (or Saved Template)<\/h3>\n

Be sure you are on a Weekly<\/strong> UNpublished <\/b>week.<\/span>
\nContact the main manager to make sure your manager permissions allow you to Import.<\/span><\/div>\n

Once you have\u00a0entered your first schedule<\/a>, it is easy to create new schedules using the\u00a0Import<\/strong> function to copy those shifts to another week as a starting point. Import any previous week “as is” by choosing a date, or Import a saved template<\/a>\u00a0by choosing a template name.<\/p>\n

When Importing, you can check off to Unassign<\/strong> all the old work assignments (or do this later with the\u00a0Clear<\/strong><\/a> button).<\/p>\n

After Importing you can use AutoFill<\/strong><\/a> to get the best possible\u00a0 assignments for the new week. When your schedule is ready you can Publish<\/strong><\/a> and you are done!<\/p>\n

Note that by\u00a0filtering<\/a>\u00a0your schedule view to a certain position, category, or group before clicking Import, you can Import only those particular shift position(s) from the previous week or saved template.<\/p>\n

From any UNPUBLISHED weekly Schedule View:\u00a0<\/p>\n
