Your account sign in(s) are automatically emailed to you when you use the &#8220;<strong>Need your username and\/or password?<\/strong>&#8221; link on the sign in page.<\/p>\n<h3>To have sign in information emailed to you (or anyone else)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>go to <strong>http:\/\/WhenToWork.com <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Sign In <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Use <strong>Need your username and\/or password?<\/strong> link<\/li>\n<li>Type the email address<\/li>\n<li>click <strong>Send Information<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All sign in information related to that email address will immediately be sent out. If the email is not received, there may be a problem with your email account (spam filters, box full, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Managers can also <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-let-emps-signin\/h-send-emp-inst\/\">send out sign in instructions<\/a> to all employees who have never signed in and to individual employees from their <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-edit-emp-det\/\">Edit Employee<\/a> page.
