Deleted employees are not included in the total.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If your employee level looks high and is more than the number of employees listed on your Employees List page then this likely means your account is covered under a group subscription and is benefiting from &#8220;group pricing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>To view your total number of Employees in your account:<\/h2>\n<p>From any page:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>SETTINGS<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0<strong>Payments &#8211; Billing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The current number of employees in your account (and any other linked accounts) can be found in the first step.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sspaymenttotal.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5048\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sspaymenttotal.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sspaymenttotal.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sspaymenttotal-300x141.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If the number of employees showing there is more than expected, it may be due to your account being linked under a <strong>Group Subscription <\/strong>which means one payment is covering the combined total employees on all linked accounts, resulting in a lower overall cost.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our subscription pricing is based upon the duration you choose and the total number of employees you will have on your Employee List page.
