Will WhenToWork send me an invoice?\u00a0<\/h3>\n

WhenToWork does not send invoices.\u00a0 All WhenToWork subscriptions are administered by your own managers<\/em>, including setting up the account, maintenance of data, monitoring of the subscription,\u00a0generation of\u00a0invoices<\/em>\u00a0and timely payments of the subscription.\u00a0 So,\u00a0WhenToWork does not bill you or send\u00a0invoices\u00a0for subscriptions, instead we give\u00a0every manager<\/em>\u00a0(i.e., additional managers or main managers) on your account the ability to create their own\u00a0invoice, at any time, for their\u00a0desired\u00a0<\/em>\u201cemployee count\u201d and \u201cduration\u201d of their choice. \u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

If an\u00a0invoice\u00a0is needed, simply log into your own manager account (or contact any one of your own managers), where they can go to their\u00a0SETTINGS> Payment – Pricing – Billing<\/a> page<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This same page will go over all account information:\u00a0 account number, expiration date, current employee count, options to review renewal pricing, generate\u00a0invoices, make an online payment, see payment history, etc.<\/p>\n

Also, W2W does not track, monitor or pursue invoices that your own managers create, or purchase orders they may utilize for their own internal payment processes.<\/p>\n

If you have any trouble creating your invoice just let us know.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We do not extend your account expiration date until the actual check or credit card payment is received.<\/p>\n

If you expect that the check will not be received by the expiration date, please email billing@when2work.com the check number, amount, and date mailed and we can update your account to “pending payment” status and arrange for extended access if needed while the check is in the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
