href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-add-new-emp\/\">Add New Employee<\/a>\u00a0button. \u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Upload a file of employees<\/h2>\n<p>We also allow you to upload a csv file of new employee data from that page if you prefer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note that you cannot upload data for an employee that is already added, you can only upload new
