We recommend that you ask your employees to review their email notifications and shift assignments for the week and then click the email notification link at the bottom of their schedule email (or schedule change email) to confirm receipt of the schedule.<\/p>\n

This will trigger an envelope with a checkmark icon on the By Employee<\/a> and Statistics<\/a> schedule views, so that managers can easily see which employees have confirmed all their shifts for each week.<\/p>\n
