Confirm that the week is Published.<\/li>\n<li>Employees can only see Tradeboard shifts for\u00a0<strong>Positions they are enabled to work<\/strong>. Confirm that the employee is enabled to work this particular Position at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-emp-positions-grid\/\"><strong>EMPLOYEES<\/strong> &gt; Positions Grid<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that you have enabled your employees to see and pick up available and open shifts.
