If the remote site where the photos are found is not a secure (https) site, you will receive a warning asking if you want to display non-secure graphics when the page is loaded.<\/p>\n<p>Upload your photo to an online photo website such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/photos.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/photos.google.com\/<\/a> or to your company web site. Right click the photo to get the exact URL web address of the photo.<\/p>\n<p>In the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-edit-emp-det\/\">Edit Employee<\/a> Comments field, type this html code for adding each photo replacing the word URL with your photo URL:\u00a0 Be sure to always use single quotes (not double quotes) when adding html.<\/p>\n<p>&lt;img src=&#8217;url&#8217;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Ex. &lt;img src=&#8217;http:\/\/yourdomain.com\/w2wrb1.gif&#8217;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>or &lt;img src=&#8217;https:\/\/yourdomain.com\/w2wrb1.gif&#8217;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Note the use of single quotation marks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">add a picture of the employee by the employee listing\u00a0 .pictures in schedule\u00a0 add the employees picture to each employee contact<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pro Plan subscription allows managers (with permission to edit employees) to upload a photo, which can then be viewed by managers.
