{"id":1218,"date":"2018-05-09T01:05:46","date_gmt":"2018-05-09T01:05:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=1218"},"modified":"2018-07-05T21:30:09","modified_gmt":"2018-07-05T21:30:09","slug":"h-emps-lots-notices","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-troubleshoot\/h-emps-lots-notices\/","title":{"rendered":"Employees getting lots of changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Employees Receiving a lot of Schedule Change Emails<\/h3>\n<p>If you have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-publishing\/\">Published a schedule<\/a>\u00a0then the changes you make to that schedule week are automatically sent to any affected\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-email-notific\/h-email-notifcations\/\">employees who have set up such notifications<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-publishing\/h-make-changes-pub\/\">also choose to NOT send notices<\/a>\u00a0when you make changes to a published schedule.<\/p>\n<p>If you plan to make a lot of changes to a Published weekly schedule, you might want to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-publishing\/h-unpublishing\/\">Unpublish<\/a>\u00a0it first, then make the changes and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-publishing\/\">Publish<\/a>\u00a0it again when you are finished.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-co-settings\/\">Settings&gt;Company \/ My Info<\/a>\u00a0page also has a setting that allows you to turn off the Publish and UnPublish notices.
