We assume that you will be making only minor changes to the schedule after you fully Publish it. Before you Publish, be sure that you have completed the scheduling as much as possible for that week.<\/p>\n<p>You can always make\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-make-changes-pub\/\">changes to shifts on Published schedules<\/a>\u00a0by clicking the shift or by using the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-shift-grid-bulk-edit\/\">Grid View<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-mulit-shift-edit\/\">Multi-Shift Edit<\/a>\u00a0view to change a number of shifts at once.<\/p>\n<p>If you have many changes to make to an already Published schedule, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-unpublishing\/\">Unpublish<\/a> all or part of the schedule for that week, make the changes and then Publish it again.
