Some sections of our system require that you allow popup windows. (ex. work time preferences). If you are having trouble bringing up a window or if your computer makes a beep or sound that indicates that windows are being blocked, you can either turn off your popup blocker or set your blocker up to allow popups from our website.<\/p>\n

Also note that the popup window could be opening behind the window you are in – so be sure to check all the open browser windows.<\/p>\n

Turning OFF your Popup Blocker<\/h2>\n

\nCHROME (WINDOWS)<\/h2>\n

By default, Chrome will notify you when a pop-up is blocks and give you an option to see it. To turn off pop-up blocker, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n

  1. Click the\u00a0Customize and control Google Chrome<\/strong>\u00a0menu (the three dots in the upper right corner)<\/li>\n
  2. Select\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0Advanced\u00a0<\/strong>at the bottom.<\/li>\n
  4. Under\u00a0Privacy and security<\/strong>, click the\u00a0Site Settings\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n
  5. Select\u00a0Pop-ups and redirects.<\/li>\n
  6. To disable the pop-up blocker uncheck the\u00a0Blocked (recommended)\u00a0<\/strong>box.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. To enable pop-ups on specific sites, check\u00a0Blocked<\/strong>\u00a0(recommended)<\/strong>\u00a0and click\u00a0Add\u00a0<\/strong>next to\u00a0Allow<\/strong>\u00a0and enter the URL(s).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    FIREFOX (WINDOWS)<\/h2>\n

    1. Select the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner.<\/li>\n
    2. Select\u00a0Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the\u00a0Privacy and Security\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n
    4. To disable the pop-up blocker, uncheck the\u00a0Block pop-up windows<\/strong>\u00a0box below\u00a0Permissions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    5. To allow specific pop-ups, click\u00a0Exceptions<\/strong>\u00a0and enter the URL(s).<\/li>\n
    6. Close<\/strong>\u00a0the window.<\/li>\n
    7. Click\u00a0OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      INTERNET EXPLORER\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Click the\u00a0GEAR<\/strong>\u00a0icon and select\u00a0Internet Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the\u00a0Privacy<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
      3. Uncheck\u00a0Turn on Pop-up Blocker<\/strong>\u00a0to disable the pop-up blocker.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the\u00a0Settings<\/strong>\u00a0button to disable pop-up blockers for specific sites.<\/li>\n
      5. Click\u00a0OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            3. Select\u00a0Pop-up Windows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
            4. To disable the pop-up blocker select\u00a0Allow\u00a0<\/strong>next to\u00a0When visiting other websites<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li>\n
