There are a number of things that can cause this.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The window is already open behind the window you are in. Look at the status bar at the bottom of your browser and see if the window is already open &#8211; if so, click on it in the bottom bar to have it move to the front. Or hold down ALT and press Tab to move between windows.<\/li>\n<li>This can also be caused by your browser using a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-troubleshoot\/h-popup-blockers\/\">Popup Blocker<\/a>\u00a0(sometimes you will hear a sound when the window is being blocked)<\/li>\n<li>Be sure you do not have a printer dialog window open in the background. \u00a0You must cancel any open printer dialog windows to continue using W2W.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes when you click to do something in WhenToWork it appears that nothing is happening (the intended window does not pop up, etc.).
