This can be useful if you have certain Categories that you would like to view at the same time on the screen. This is just another way to create a shortcut for viewing a set of shifts. You can create as many Category Groups as you like and each Category can be include any number of groups that you like.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Create a new Category Group<\/h2>\n<p>From any Schedule View:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the Category dropdown, choose\u00a0<strong>Select\/Group Categories\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/ssmake.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7854\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/ssmake.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"607\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/ssmake.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/08\/ssmake-300x260.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Check off the Categories that you want to include in this group\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click the\u00a0<strong>Display\/Save<\/strong> button (If you want to save the group for later use, type a name for the Group before clicking the <strong>Display\/Save<\/strong> button)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The window will close and go back to your schedule filtered on that group of Categories\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>If you look at the Category dropdown again, it will list your new Category group if you gave it a name.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">catagories categories category<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can create a special\u00a0filter\u00a0for your schedules that includes only certain Categories.
