You can always\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-cat-sft-colors\/h-coloring\/\">change the Color<\/a>\u00a0of an individual shift by changing it in the Color dropdown.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-cat-sft-colors\/h-add-new-cat\/\">Create a new Category<\/a>\u00a0with Add Shift Default Settings:<\/h2>\n<p>From any Schedule View:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the Category dropdown, choose\u00a0<strong>Add\/Edit Categories<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Enter the Category Name and Abbreviation (Ex.
