The manager may receive a forwarded email but not see that message when they sign in as manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They can login using their employee username and see that message in their employee\u00a0<strong>MESSAGING<\/strong>\u00a0section, and they can remind employees to message them as a manager instead.<\/p>\n<p>You might recommend that your employees to use the &#8220;<strong>Send message to my manager<\/strong>&#8221; link off their home page, so the message they send will be sure to be sent to your manager record.
