{"id":1019,"date":"2018-05-04T20:28:03","date_gmt":"2018-05-04T20:28:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/?page_id=1019"},"modified":"2021-04-19T19:09:08","modified_gmt":"2021-04-19T19:09:08","slug":"s-pickup-request-history","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/s-pickup-request-history\/","title":{"rendered":"Pickup Request History"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If a shift was posted to the Tradeboard in the past 45 days, that will be noted in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-shift-history\/\">Shift History<\/a>. \u00a0Simply click on a shift to open the Shift Change screen, and use the &#8216;<strong>Shift History<\/strong>&#8216; link to see the timestamp for when the shift was first posted to the Tradeboard, and when offers were made and\/or accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Note that on your &#8220;Trades Awaiting Approval&#8221; manager page it will show the date the trade was agreed upon by the employees involved.<\/p>\n<p>You can view an employee&#8217;s recent trade activity by clicking their name on any view and then choosing the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-view-emp-det\/\"><strong>Schedules-Prefs<\/strong> tab and clicking the &#8220;<strong>Recent Trade Activity<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0link. \u00a0This logs all recent (within 45 days) trade activity for that employee (including their own activity, such as posting or requesting shifts, and the activity of other employees that impacts them, such as employees offering to trade their shifts).<\/p>\n<p>You can also set up your own manager notifications to alert you when a shift is posted to the Tradeboard.
