How employees can use the Tradeboard is controlled from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-settings\/h-co-settings-emp-perm\/\"><strong>SETTINGS&gt; Global Employee Permissions<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>page.<\/p>\n<h2>To view the Pending Trades\/Offers<\/h2>\n<p>From any schedule view:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>TRADES<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0&#8220;<strong>Trades Awaiting Approval<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Optional: Click any listed shift to open the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-making-sched-change\/\">Shift Change<\/a> window to see shift details<\/li>\n<li>Click the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/conflict-checking\/\"><strong>Check Conflicts<\/strong> button<\/a> to view any potential conflicts that would arise from approving that trade or pickup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sstradeconf.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4947\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sstradeconf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"562\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sstradeconf.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/mgr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/10\/sstradeconf-300x241.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The bottom section (&#8220;Offers in Progress&#8221;) shows you the offers that are still pending between employees, where one employee has asked to trade or pickup a shift but it is still awaiting approval by the other employee.
