If you approve or reject a Time Off request, or if you enter an approved Time Off entry for an employee, there is not a way to change your decision in our system.
While you can delete an approved Time Off, there is not a way to go back and deny it after approval (and have the employee notified) or to approve it after it is denied.
We don’t have a way to reverse an approval or denial specifically, but of course you can do the following:
- if you want to deny Time Off that you’ve already approved, first delete the approved Time Off entry and message your employee.
- if you want to approve Time Off that you’ve already denied, you can simply add in an approved Time Off for that same employee and date.
