{"id":200,"date":"2018-02-15T01:26:36","date_gmt":"2018-02-15T01:26:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/?page_id=200"},"modified":"2021-08-27T17:19:23","modified_gmt":"2021-08-27T17:19:23","slug":"eh-info-notifications","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/hguide\/eh-info-notifications\/","title":{"rendered":"Email &amp; Text Message Notifications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Your coordinator may have entered one or more emails for you.<\/p>\n<h3>To view and change your email and text message notifications:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In the top menu, choose <strong>Info <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add\/Edit<\/strong> Button<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add Email<\/strong> button, or for an email already entered, click the <strong>Edit<\/strong> link<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/hguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/08\/sshelperemail.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-663\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/hguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/08\/sshelperemail.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/hguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/08\/sshelperemail.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/hguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2021\/08\/sshelperemail-300x231.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This will open the <strong>Options &amp; Notifications<\/strong> window where you can check off when you want to be notified at this particular address.<\/p>\n<p>Checking the &#8220;<strong>Use as my &#8220;Reply-To<\/strong>&#8221; address allows a message you send to a helper or coordinator to be forwarded to their email, and for the recipient to be able to reply back to you by email. Note: If you do not have a reply-to address set up, coordinators and helpers will have to sign in and use the <strong>Messaging<\/strong> section to respond to your message.<\/p>\n<p>If you enter and select an email address, your notifications will begin immediately.<\/p>\n<p>If you choose a text message address, the messages sent will be shorter (40 characters max). You will be prompted to go to your cell phone and get the 4 digit validation code sent by WhenToHelp, and then enter it into your notifications page and click <strong>Save<\/strong>. Once you have entered the validation code, your notifications will begin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your coordinator may have entered one or more emails for you.
