{"id":986,"date":"2018-05-04T20:21:19","date_gmt":"2018-05-04T20:21:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/?page_id=986"},"modified":"2020-09-11T20:18:42","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T20:18:42","slug":"automatic-shift-reminders","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/automatic-shift-reminders\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatic Shift Reminders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While WhenToHelp does not offer an automatic shift\/schedule reminder feature, coordinators are able to manually send &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-send-reminders\/\">schedule reminders&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0to any helper by going to <strong>HELPERS<\/strong> &gt; List Helpers and checking off the helpers you&#8217;d like to remind (or using the &#8216;select all&#8217; box at the top of the column)\u00a0 and then clicking the &#8220;<strong>Schedule Reminder<\/strong>&#8221; link centered above that list.<\/p>\n<p>Schedule reminders will be immediately emailed to the selected helpers who also have shifts assigned during the date range that you specify, and who have set up notifications with a valid email address.<\/p>\n<p>Or as an alternative, if you navigate to<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-shift-grid-bulk-edit\/\"><strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong> &gt; Grid View<\/a>, you can isolate the shifts you need with the filters and by sorting by column.
