{"id":874,"date":"2018-05-04T04:38:33","date_gmt":"2018-05-04T04:38:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/?page_id=874"},"modified":"2020-09-25T22:44:56","modified_gmt":"2020-09-25T22:44:56","slug":"f-track","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/f-track\/","title":{"rendered":"Can I track helpers?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Is there a way to track when the helpers view their schedules or sign into When to Help?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can tell if a helper has viewed the latest version of a published schedule by going to your Schedules section using either &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-by-emp-drag-drop\/\">By Helper<\/a>&#8221; or &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-stats-view\/\">Statistics<\/a>&#8221; schedule views. That will show a sunglasses icon <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"noborder alignnone wp-image-1577 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/06\/icon_schviewed.gif\" alt=\"icone emp viewed most up to date schedule online\" width=\"27\" height=\"13\" \/> \u00a0to the right of their name if the helper has viewed the latest version of that particular schedule week. You cannot tell the exact timestamp of when they viewed the schedule, but you can tell if it has been viewed since you last made changes to their schedule data.<\/p>\n<p>Those views also allow you to see if the helper was emailed their most current schedule\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"noborder alignnone wp-image-1578 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/06\/icon_schemailed.gif\" alt=\"icon schedule has been emailed\" width=\"27\" height=\"13\" \/> or clicked to confirm receipt of that schedule email <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"noborder alignnone wp-image-1579 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2018\/06\/icon_schconfirmed.gif\" alt=\"icon confirmed receipt of their schedule\" width=\"27\" height=\"13\" \/>.<\/p>\n<p>You can see the last time each helper signed into their account by going to your <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-tips-emplist-grid\/\">HELPERS<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>section and clicking the &#8220;<strong>Select Columns<\/strong>&#8221; link and checking the &#8220;last sign in&#8221; option then click the\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n<p>Also, you can see any particular helper&#8217;s last sign in by clicking their name from anywhere in our system to see their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-view-emp-det\/\">Helper Details<\/a>\u00a0popup then click the &#8220;Info&#8221; tab and it will show their last sign in along with their helper information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is there a way to track when the helpers view their schedules or sign into When to Help?
