In the\u00a0<strong>Preferences Change History<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom of this view, time stamps will show the time and date of the most recent changes to the helper&#8217;s preferences, as well as a note of who changed them (a coordinator or the helper themselves).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/09\/ssprefchange.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4977\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/09\/ssprefchange.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"615\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/09\/ssprefchange.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/09\/ssprefchange-300x264.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>While we do not maintain an archive of availability preferences, if you\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-settings\/h-my-notifications\/\">set up your notifications<\/a> to be notified whenever a helper updates their preferences and you will be able to maintain an archive of that information in your email account.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, you might want to start creating a record of how the preferences compare to shifts at the time of publication.<\/p>\n<p>Just before you &#8220;Publish&#8221; a schedule week, go to the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-sortable-list-view\/\">Sortable List<\/a>&#8221; or &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-shift-grid-bulk-edit\/\">Grid View<\/a>&#8221; schedule view and click the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-analyze\/\">Analyze Shifts<\/a>&#8221; button. This will add a &#8220;Pref&#8221; column to the left of all assigned shifts for week that shows the helpers preference status for their assigned date and time.<\/p>\n<p>You can then click our <strong>Print<\/strong> button to print the assigned shifts along with the current status of the helpers&#8217; preferences for their assignments.
