Normally you would want to\u00a0delete the helper<\/a>\u00a0(they can later be restored and will have a new login at that time). \u00a0But if you prefer to temporarily suspend the helper to prevent them from logging in temporarily you can do the following:<\/p>\n

On the HELPER>List page, click the pencil icon \"pencil next to their name<\/h3>\n

In the Edit Helper window:<\/p>\n

  1. Copy their email<\/strong>\u00a0and paste it into the Comments<\/strong>\u00a0field and\u00a0Save\n

    <\/strong><\/li>\n

  2. Delete their email<\/a>\u00a0(so they cannot retrieve their login).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. Then you can click to\u00a0Reset & print<\/strong>\u00a0their sign in<\/a>.\u00a0 This will change their password<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Later if you want to allow them to sign in again, you can add their email back in<\/a> that field and then click to email them their login instructions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
