The easiest way is to <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-delete-emp\/\">delete the helper<\/a>\u00a0which locks them out.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>OR<\/strong><\/span> you can make these two changes on their\u00a0<strong>Edit Helper<\/strong>\u00a0window:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-find-emp-id\/\">Change their username and password<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-emp-edit-email\/\">Remove their email addresses<\/a> (you can move their email address to the Comments field if you will want to add them back later) which prevents them from retrieving their new username and password using the &#8220;<strong>Forget your Username\/Password<\/strong>&#8221; link on the Sign In page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You can also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-delete-emp\/\">delete or deactivate a helper<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stop a Helper From Having Access\u00a0 You can stop a helper from having access to WhenToHelp at any time.
