The Helper List page and some schedule views (ex. By Helper) sort and list helpers by the last name field.<\/p>\n
To change the sort order of helpers, you can change the last name field to force the sort order. For example, if you put a leading space before an helper last name, that will put the helper at the top of the list.<\/p>\n
Or you can use numbers to force the order – ex. 1-Smith, 2-Jones.<\/p>\n
Note that the last name field is seen in some notifications and on the displays.<\/p>\n
Does an helper look out of sort order? Click to edit the helper and be sure there is not a leading space in front of their last name or be sure that the capitalization of the first letter is consistent for all helpers.<\/p>\n
