If you click the helper name, the Helper Details window opens. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-tips-emplist-grid\/\">Helper List<\/a>\u00a0grid also allows you to see an overview of the helper information. The <strong>Schedule\/Preferences<\/strong>\u00a0section includes navigation so that you can move back or forward by a week or month.<\/p>\n<p>You also can use the link on the\u00a0<strong>Schedules &#8211; Preferences<\/strong>\u00a0tab to email the helper their schedule. Sending schedules from this page does not affect the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-tracking\/\">status tracking icons<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To edit any of the helper information, Coordinators with permission can use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-edit-emp-det\/\"><strong>Edit Helper<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0button in the top right of View Helper Details pages.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">view denied time off for helper, denied time off history<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>View Helper Details &#8211; Info, Schedules, Time Off (Approved &amp; Denied) Helper details are always one click away on most pages.
