{"id":554,"date":"2018-05-02T21:22:10","date_gmt":"2018-05-02T21:22:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/?page_id=554"},"modified":"2020-09-20T08:47:10","modified_gmt":"2020-09-20T08:47:10","slug":"h-overtime","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-overtime\/","title":{"rendered":"Overtime Hours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Overtime Hours &#8211; Viewing Who is Over Max Hours, per Day, Week, or Month<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AutoFill will not schedule any helper over their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-edit-emp-det\/\">set maximum hours per day or week<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Helpers could end up with overtime hours:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a coordinator manually assigns a shift that puts the helper over their maximums (and overrides the warning)<\/li>\n<li>If a schedule week or template is imported with assigned shifts that are over max<\/li>\n<li>Helpers who are allowed to cover shifts &#8220;At Will&#8221; could potentially end up with hours over their max if a coordinator approves it<\/li>\n<li>If a coordinator approves a trade or pickup that puts them over their weekly maximum<\/li>\n<li>If a coordinator edits an helper&#8217;s shift start or end time (check\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-shift-history\/\">Shift History<\/a>\u00a0for log of actions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can see helper total hours scheduled for the week on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-view-edit-sched\/h-by-emp-drag-drop\/\">By Helper<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-stats-view\/\">Statistics Weekly<\/a>\u00a0schedule views.<\/p>\n<h2>To view hours over maximum:<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-stats-view\/\">On the Statistics schedule view<\/a>, you can see the &#8220;Hours Over Max&#8221; for each helper in red if they are over their maximum per week.
