The\u00a0Statistics DAILY schedule view<\/strong>\u00a0shows at a glance various statistics about the daily schedule and each helper. This view can be filtered by Position and Category to give specific statistics for particular Jobs or Locations and you can turn on and off the various statistics columns using the “Change Layout<\/strong>”\u00a0link and also choose to list helpers who have no shifts.<\/p>\n

This view allows you to quickly see if anyone is scheduled over their\u00a0maximum hours per day<\/strong>\u00a0(overtime)\u00a0and also if you have an overnight shifts that could be affecting that number.<\/p>\n

On published weeks, this view shows status icons for whether helpers have viewed, been emailed, or confirmed receipt of their most up to date schedule.\u00a0To view statistics for a date range see\u00a0Custom Reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When viewing the current or future days, you will see an\u00a0Analyze Shifts<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0button which you can click to go to the\u00a0Sortable List View<\/a>\u00a0to see how each shift compares with the assigned helper preferences, maximums, time off, minimum time off between shifts, etc.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
