A welcome wizard then steps them through a few questions to create a new username and password and guides them into using the system.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Helpers also can retrieve their sign in instructions by clicking the &#8220;<strong>Need your Username and\/or Password?<\/strong>&#8221; link on the sign in page (<a href=\"https:\/\/whentowork.com\/logins.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/whentohelpcom\/logins.htm<\/a>) and entering their email address.
