{"id":1365,"date":"2018-05-09T01:54:19","date_gmt":"2018-05-09T01:54:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/?page_id=1365"},"modified":"2020-09-11T19:45:16","modified_gmt":"2020-09-11T19:45:16","slug":"have-helpers-signed-in","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/have-helpers-signed-in\/","title":{"rendered":"Have Helpers Signed In?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you would like to know which of your helpers have never signed in you can see this on your <strong>HELPERS&gt; <\/strong>Helper List page.<\/p>\n<p>Click the &#8220;<strong>Select Columns<\/strong>&#8221; link in the upper left and be sure the first option &#8220;<strong>Last Sign In<\/strong>&#8221; is checked and click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Then in the grid you can click the column heading for the option to sort the helpers who have never logged in to the top.<\/p>\n<p>Note you can always use the <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-let-emps-signin\/h-send-emp-inst\/\"><strong>HELPERS<\/strong>&gt; Email Sign In Instructions<\/a> feature to send out login instructions to all helpers with emails entered who have not yet logged in.<\/p>\n<p>You also can see which helpers have entered preferences by viewing your <a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-sched-view-layouts\/h-availability\/\"><strong>SCHEDULES<\/strong>&gt; Availability schedule view<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"extrawords\">who has set up their profile and who has set up their preferences<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you would like to know which of your helpers have never signed in you can see this on your HELPERS&gt; Helper List page.
