Confirm that the week is Published.<\/li>\n<li>Helpers can only see Tradeboard shifts for\u00a0<strong>Positions they are enabled to work<\/strong>. Confirm that the helper is enabled to work this particular Position at <b>HELPERS<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-emp-view-edit\/h-emp-positions-grid\/\">&gt; Positions Grid<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that you have enabled your helpers to see and pick up available and open shifts.
