Turning on JavaScript in your Browser<\/h3>\n

In order to use WhenToHelp, you must enable JavaScript in your browser. Sometimes a browser update can cause JavaScript to be turned off.<\/p>\n

On an iPhone<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Go to the Home<\/strong> screen by pressing Home<\/strong> or by unlocking your phone<\/li>\n
  2. Press the Settings<\/strong> button<\/li>\n
  3. Select Safari<\/strong> from the Settings menu<\/li>\n
  4. Select Advanced<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Turn on JavaScript by touching the JavaScript<\/strong> toggle<\/li>\n
  6. Press Home<\/strong> to return the the iPhone home screen<\/li>\n
  7. Select the Safari<\/strong> icon to return to Safari<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    On a Blackberry<\/h4>\n

    1. In the browser, press the Menu<\/strong> key.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Browser Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Select the Support JavaScript<\/strong> check box<\/li>\n
    5. Press the Menu<\/strong> key.<\/li>\n
    6. Click Save Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Internet Explorer (6.0)<\/h4>\n

      1. Select ‘Tools<\/strong>‘ from the top menu<\/li>\n
      2. Choose ‘Internet Options<\/strong>‘<\/li>\n
      3. Click on the ‘Security<\/strong>‘ tab<\/li>\n
      4. Click on ‘Custom Level<\/strong>‘<\/li>\n
      5. Scroll down until you see section labeled ‘Scripting<\/strong>‘<\/li>\n
      6. Under ‘Active Scripting<\/strong>‘, select ‘Enable<\/strong>‘ and click OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Mozilla Firefox (1.0)<\/h4>\n

        1. Select ‘Tools<\/strong>‘ from the top menu<\/li>\n
        2. Choose ‘Options<\/strong>‘<\/li>\n
        3. Choose ‘Web Features<\/strong>‘ from the left navigation<\/li>\n
        4. Select the checkbox next to ‘Enable JavaScript<\/strong>‘ and click OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
