How helpers can use the Tradeboard is controlled from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-settings\/h-co-settings-emp-perm\/\"><strong>SETTINGS<\/strong>&gt;Global Helper Permissions<\/a>\u00a0page.<\/p>\n<h2>To view the Pending Trades\/Offers<\/h2>\n<p>From any schedule view:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the top menu, hover over\u00a0<strong>TRADES<\/strong>\u00a0and choose\u00a0&#8220;<strong>Trades Awaiting Approval<\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Click any shift to open the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/guide\/h-sub-auto-sched-week\/h-making-sched-change\/\">Shift Change<\/a>\u00a0window<\/li>\n<li>The bottom section (&#8220;Offers in Progress&#8221;) shows you the offers that are still pending between helpers, where one helper has asked to trade or pickup a shift but it is still awaiting approval by the other helper.
