You can add as many usernames as you like to your list which will then appear in the top menu as a lightning bolt in the upper right instead of &#8220;Sign Out.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The username you are logged in with when you create the Switch List will become your main &#8220;power username&#8221; and by logging in there you can quickly switch to your other usernames without needing to log in again.<\/p>\n<p>If you have an employee and a manager login, create the Switch List under your manager username.<\/p>\n<p>Employees cannot add manager usernames to their Switch List.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #a80707\"><strong>Note the Switch List should only be added to a username that it totally private and one that is never shared with anyone else.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3>To Create a Multiple Username Switch List:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>From any page choose<strong> Info<\/strong> in the top menu:<\/li>\n<li>Click the &#8220;<strong>Have Multiple Usernames<\/strong>&#8221; link<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add Another Employee Username<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Enter the password for your current login<\/li>\n<li>Check off to confirm the current login is never shared and is totally private<\/li>\n<li>Enter the information about the other employee username and password<\/li>\n<li>Choose a color and nickname to appear in the top menu<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>Add<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess101.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-72\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess101.png\" alt=\"Info settings for have multiple usernames\" width=\"700\" height=\"508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess101.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess101-300x218.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You will then see a window showing you your Switch List where you can edit the color and nickname if needed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess104.png\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-73\" src=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess104.png\" alt=\"switch list window\" width=\"700\" height=\"275\" srcset=\"https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess104.png 700w, https:\/\/when2work.com\/help\/emp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2018\/02\/ess104-300x118.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Now your top menu will show a lightning bolt in the upper right.
